MINDFUL EATING WORKSHOP



This workshop helps students generate awareness as to how their everyday food choices can affect their mood and emotions, while contributing to common problems such as anxiety and depression.

Prevention is of utmost importance and so many of our communities can benefit from more information around healthy food and lifestyle choices. Our instructor Joanne, focuses on Mindful Eating and other topics related to healthy living in this workshop.
