This interactive and engaging One-Day Workshop will help you explore your creativity through mindfulness and writing. Mindful writing enables you to reconnect with the essence of the writing process, through which you can describe your thoughts, your feelings and how the world around you effects those.

Using simple meditation and writing exercises, you’ll learn how to move past over-thinking or self-criticism and approach writing as a means to express your mental health with oppenness and awareness through free writing, poetry or rhyming.

This workshop is also available to kids ages 5-9 where they will choose and apply colour in a design to bring their awareness to the present moment.
